It’s simple! 
Explore our solutions on the specific health category page, select the one you think would work best (either by browsing or completing one of our helpful online quizzes). Add it to your cart, create or sign into your account, and complete the purchase. 
Then, you’ll be prompted to fill out a short, online medical consultation that gives our medical team the info they need to see if this treatment is right for you. 

Be sure to have the following information ready:

• Health card (for Testosterone Replacement Therapy and Weight Loss consultations as these programs require bloodwork)
• A piece of photo ID: Drivers License, Health Card or Passport are best. 
• A picture of yourself aka a selfie: we need this to confirm you are who you say you are
• Your drug card or benefits/insurance information
  

After the medical team reviews your profile, they will write your prescription (if appropriate). 
If the team has any clarifying questions that they need to ask, they'll pose those in the Medical Chat and you'll get an email to let you know. 
Then, it will be filled by our pharmacy team and shipped right to your door. No lines, no fuss.
