Explore and Select Your Treatment  

• Explore Solutions: Visit our health category pages to find the right solution for your needs. You can browse our offerings or use our online quizzes to find the best fit.
• Add to Cart: Once you've selected your treatment, add it to your cart.
• Create or Sign In: If you haven’t already, create an account or sign in to proceed.

Complete Your Medical Consultation 

• Fill Out a Medical Form: After your purchase, you’ll be prompted to complete 2 short online medical consultation forms. 
• Provide Essential Information: To ensure a thorough review, please have the following ready: Health card, valid photo ID (Driver’s License, Health Card, or Passport), A recent selfie to verify your identity and your drug card or benefits/insurance information.
• Lab Work Requirements: Certain programs such as Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT), Weight Loss Support and Menopause require lab work. 

Prescription and Clarification

• Medical Team Review: Our medical team will review your provided information to determine if your selected treatment is appropriate for you.
• Clarifications If Needed: If there are any questions, our medical team will contact you through the Medical Chat in your account, and you will be notified via email.

Dispensing and Delivery

• Pharmacy Processing: Once approved by our registered medical professionals, your prescription will be sent to our partner pharmacy. ScaleRx. Alternatively, we can send the prescription to a pharmacy of your choosing.
• Direct to Your Door: If you are filling your prescription with ScaleRx, your medication will be shipped directly to your doorstep, eliminating the need to wait in line.
