Yes! Our products are just for you, which means we want YOU to be the one receiving them.

Delivery Details

Carrier Requirements:
Due to provincial legislation, our carriers will not drop off a package without obtaining a direct or indirect signature. If you miss your package, our carriers should leave a note letting you know when and where to pick it up OR when they will attempt redelivery.

Alternative Delivery Locations:
We also deliver to post boxes (P.O. Boxes) and pickup locations for Canada Post and FedEx.

Special Considerations

Patient’s Agent:
You can specify an agent in advance to accept and sign for your prescriptions on your behalf. Please note that the delivery person cannot act as your agent as they are the agent for the pharmacy.

Signature Waiver:
Unfortunately, a waiver cannot be signed in advance to request that the prescription delivery be left unattended on the premises (e.g., in a mailbox, between the doors, etc.).

Weight Loss Medications:
For these sensitive items, it's best to ensure someone can receive the package to maintain the required temperature.

Tracking Information:
Your tracking number will update regularly with status changes on your package. Tip: Sign up for text notifications with your carrier to get your package updates directly to your phone!
